Re-check your device’s specifications and make sure it matches or is compatible with our application’s system requirements. If that is the case and the application still does not want to run, restart your device and see if it works then. Check for Android updates or updates available for the application.

Another method is to force stop the application, clear its cache, then clear its data. Uninstall and reinstall the application if it still does not want to run.

My Camera Won't Detect

The application only works for, above and equivalent to a Lollipop level 22. Check your device specification to ensure that your operating system meet this requirement.

Check your surrounding light, if there is not enough natural or artificial light projected unto the tracking image, then the AR camera may possibly not detect it. Move to an area or surrounding with better lighting.

There is Sizing Issue with the Buttons

Another possible complication that may arise due to the emerging and infant behavior of our application is that some buttons, icons and images are sized improperly and incorrectly. This is due to the current aspect ratio of the app only accommodating a 4:3 ratio, further support for different aspect ratio will be provided in the later future.

If the button does not work, then it may be due to an anchor issue that limits the button area. This means that only some areas need to be pressed in order for the button to work. As such, attempt to press other corners or areas of the button as we attempt to resolve this issue.
